Psychic energy healing: What is it? How do I do it? What are the benefits?
These are all questions I get on a regular basis from clients I work on or have consultations with. It’s hard to put vocabulary to something you just do, so bear with me while I emerge from the psychic closet and stumble through trying to explain it.
Not to be a clique, but my work just got more “woo”…
How did this happen?
Moving clients over the phone became a happy surprise when I realized my intuitive gifts were strengthening. I was no longer distracted by the physical body in front of me while working with people in an office.
Being a trained energy worker, and very sensitive empath, these gifts gradually developed into what has now been dubbed by those who’ve experienced it, as psychic Energy Healing. As a spiritual gift, this is a third eye power of projection.
What is Psychic Energy Healing?
Basically, I have the ability to project my awareness into a client, animal or situation’s energy and receive messages as information and energy blocks; i.e. emotions, situations, past life wounding, generational programming, or cellular imprints.
I am then able to collaborate with guides to manipulate and clear the energy from the client which creates a healing outcome for the person I’m working on. Each psychic energy healing session is different and the outcomes are varied.
What are the benefits?
Most clients report less pain, feeling lighter or more energized as things are shifted around. Many people find healing in receiving messages and validation. There is also a commonality of relief from the release of heavy, stuck and blocked energy from the body.
Clearing the aura and energy field is another piece of this work that noticeably helps clients feel less anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed.
Overall, the benefits of psychic energy healing are difficult to quantify as it’s hard to measure something unmeasurable. However, the feedback I’ve received is feeling relief from physical pain, stress, fatigue, overwhelm, and anxiety.
Does it get more woo-woo?
Yes… A less common occurrence in psychic energy healing, but equally as powerful, is healing past life trauma. I usually pick up on this randomly in a session as I become aware of a person’s energy field has a fraction of their soul stuck in a past life.
You could call this a type of soul retrieval.
Healing trauma wounding on the soul level in a past life allows for the wounded fragments of the soul to heal and reemerge with the higher self. I like to think of it as ghost-busting a past life.
Psychic energy healing also heals ancestral/generational conditioning passed down the family tree. This type of energy clearing shows up with clients who have ancestors who have lived through wars, famine, great loss, and other traumas.
What is even more bizarre and fascinating is when I realized generational psychic energy healing also was healing the trauma in the person’s ancestors as well. It is powerful and beautiful to witness.
